The Research Committee purpose is to facilitate research and data collection regarding safety, innovation, and workforce development in the load handling industry. To accomplish this the Committee will:

• Foster and oversee research funded by or through the NCCCO Foundation;
• Evaluate current research programs and activities to make recommendations to the Board, as needed;
• Recommend new research activities and initiatives to the Board;
• Assist in the development, review, and evaluation of research programs;
• Assist in the dissemination of research;
• Other responsibilities as approved by the Board.
