The Future of Professional Credentialing
Speaker: Lenora Knapp, PhD, President, Knapp & Associates International, Inc.
Session Description: Disruption and change are creating an increasingly complex and challenging future for the field of professional credentialing. This session will outline: (1) the drivers of this change, (2) five trends which should be on the radar screen of every organization with a stake in professional credentialing, (3) and opportunities and threats associated with these trends.
